I am Omar Gawad. For over twelve years I have worked across business architecture, enterprise architecture, transformation, and AI, helping organisations in different industries turn complex change into something their teams can act on.
I make complexity usable through building a clear view of what matters, priorities people can agree on, and a delivery path they can follow. I have spent most of my career in the space between the strategy on paper and the work on the ground.
That gap is where most transformations quietly stall, and where I do my best work. It is where decisions made at the top either become real or fall apart, and my job is to connect the two so the change actually lands.
